Directors and Officers (D&O) Insurance

As a TABIA member, your BIA may access Directors and Officers insurance, also known as “D&O insurance” at a group rate discount. 

To review the coverage of D&O insurance, please refer to the D&O coverage booklet. 

D&O insurance is billed annually, typically around Spring.

NOTE: A copy of your BIA’s most recent audited financial statement must be included with application.
