Toronto BIAs

The Yonge North York BIA, formed in 2021, serves approximately 1600+ member businesses and commercial properties along the Yonge corridor North of the 401 to Finch Station. Yonge North York is the largest office node in Toronto outside of the Downtown core, and offers a range of restaurants, cafés, retail, shopping centers, service providers, and amenities.  The BIA’s main pillars of focus for project development and improvements are public realm, marketing and local economic development.
